StraTechos is an independent research publication on the interplay between technology and strategy through an international-relations lens — crisp, unbiased, technically sound analysis for policymakers, technocrats, regulators and citizens.
What StraTechos is
StraTechos explores the intersection between technology and society at the political, economic and strategic realms. Technological advances are vital to the progress of mankind — whether one views it from the prism of nation-states and their ambitions on the international stage, or from the point of view of the individual whose daily activities are inextricably linked to access to technology.
Technology is a common denominator of opportunities and risks for states, private institutions and the wider society. We track those opportunities and risks — in AI, space, nuclear, biotech, semiconductors, energy and military technology — through an international-relations lens, and we write them up in pieces you can read in the time it takes to drink a coffee.
Who makes it
StraTechos is a publication of Trivium Think Tank Pvt. Ltd., an independent, non-partisan research institution founded in December 2016 and headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Trivium bridges the scientific and social-science communities so that research is synthesised, not siloed — and made actionable for policymakers and public stakeholders.
